the silences are okay
because they're not really silences at all. oh i found another one and i thought i was lost and i thought i would have had to open the door to strangers, instead i pretended there was no one home, because there really wasn't anyway. today felt like the first day of summer and i think there were some fields on fire because i was breathing in the smoke from far away and the sky was grey and my eyes were grey and the clouds were sad and i didn't see any birds flying. i think i was the lost and found without the found. i think i was the antennae on your rooftop and i think im obsessed with bathroom tiles and black and white and sending you poems about silly things like silences. i think you're nice for reading them, though. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. Our objective is to recognise deviants who deserve more recognition and to feature deviations with less than 10 original comments. The 0-5 Comments Issues feature a deviant as well as 3 deviations with less than 5 original comments from a wide selection of art.
