about thinking too much. and how sometimes being (or trying to be) logical is where everything starts to go from lovely to wrong. and i don't know what's missing?

between here and there. im sure i can retrace my footsteps a million times over and find nothing. oh god, in my mind things can change in a split second and im such an angry ocean, always moving, always crashing into itself and for no reason at all but just because that's all it knows how to do.

This is great timing for me to see this, I can relate all too well. My mind has been so scrambled over this past week. It's starting to even effect my health but, not severely or anything serious like that, I'm just eating and sleeping less than I normally do. Stress from too much thinking just is not fun :(

I got stuck by this^^ Loved the style -typewriter-like fonts are my fave- the mix between images and words is great. And of course I share the feelings you write about...sometimes I really whish I was some sorta zen master, I guess when they meditate they think of nothing(and may have all the answers).
